THE POSITION: We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to spearhead our global payroll operations, HR information systems, compensation structure, and employee benefits administration. This pivotal role entails managing a dedicated team of HR and payroll experts, ensuring the seamless execution of compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of global compensation practices and benefits administration, passionate about driving employee satisfaction and retention through effective compensation frameworks and systems.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
- Enhance the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure global compliance and standardization of payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.
- Foster a high-performing team of HR and payroll professionals committed to operational excellence and innovation.
- Develop, improve, and maintain HR information systems that support efficient and accurate payroll and benefits administration.
- Continuously assess and refine compensation and benefits strategies to meet the evolving needs of the workforce and the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee the administration of global payroll processes, HR information systems, compensation programs, and employee benefits.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR and payroll professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with local teams to develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the evaluation and maintenance of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
- Collaborate with HR and executive leadership to ensure compensation and benefits strategies support talent acquisition, employee retention, and overall organizational growth.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with global regulations.
- Manage vendor and consultant relationships, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions for the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR information systems to streamline payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Drive the optimization of compensation and benefits policies to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a Compensation and Benefits Manager role or similar position, with a track record of managing payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team of HR and payroll professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and HR information systems.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research to inform compensation and benefits strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with various HR software and information systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field or similar relevant years of experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in designing and implementing HR information systems.
- Global HR experience, with an understanding of various legal and regulatory environments.
