Job Description:
Position Summary
This position will optimize and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics system by building strong
internal relationships, improving operational efficiency, and driving adoption and
sophistication.
Position Duties/Responsibilities

1. Microsoft Dynamics System Management and Technical Expertise:
· User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the
Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
· Technical Support: Provide technical support to Microsoft Dynamics users,
troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly.
· Platform Expertise: Be an expert in Microsoft Dynamics, including
configuration, development, and administration.
· Technology Proficiency: Access the latest Microsoft Dynamics tools and
technologies, supported by ongoing training.

In Partnership with IT:

· System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, upgrades, and maintenance to
ensure optimal Microsoft Dynamics CRM performance.
· Custom Reporting: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to
support business needs.
· Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Microsoft Dynamics with
other systems and tools.
· Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage data backup and recovery
processes.
1. Advocacy and Adoption:
· Microsoft Dynamics CRM Advocacy: Promote Microsoft Dynamics CRM usage
and adoption across all MFC divisions, communicating its vision and ROI.
· Process Improvement: Partner with business leaders to understand their
processes and demonstrate the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics. Apply CRM best
practices while collaborating with leaders and champions to improve or implement
CRM processes, with a strong focus on prioritization.
· CRM Evangelist: Represent and advocate for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
throughout the organization.
1. Strategic Development, Collaboration, and Reporting:
· Microsoft Dynamics Strategy Development: Develop and implement
strategies to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
· Data Quality Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting
regular audits and cleaning activities.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze Microsoft Dynamics CRM
performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key findings.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to align
Microsoft Dynamics with various needs and goals.

· Process Development: Develop and implement consistent processes across
MFC, staying informed about competitive CRM platforms and best practices.
· Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to
track Microsoft Dynamics CRM adoption and data quality.
· Regular Reviews: Meet with department leadership to assess and improve
Microsoft Dynamics CRM adoption and usage.
· Management Integration: Support department leaders in incorporating
Microsoft Dynamics into their management practices.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, vendors, partners, and analysts to
document change requests, test updates, and monitor the health of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM.
· Customization and Scalability: Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet
unique business requirements and ensure scalability.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Ensures compliance with established corporate standards. Oversees day to day
operations of the unit. Reviews and evaluates the work and performance of
reporting employees. Has significant input regarding hiring and disciplining
employees.
Position Requirements
Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 7 years or more of implementing, managing, and configuring CRM systems.
Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.
· 3 or more years of leadership experience.

Preferred:

· Relevant platform-specific Microsoft Dynamics or similar platform certifications,
previous experience managing multiple business units within a single platform.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

· Strong technical skills in databases and data management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM features.
· Knowledge of programming languages for CRM customization.
· Excellent multitasking and detail-oriented abilities.
· Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation software.
· Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
