in terms of recruiting on the role, they’ve interviewed six people for one reason or another. They did not work out one candidate at a Kelly school undergraduate degree and a masters in cyber security, but the team just felt that she lacked the maturity needed to work in a professional environment . One candidate had no work experience whatsoever. Another candidate talked over everybody during the interview. Ultimately, they have not been picky as that has not been the reason for not making decision on any of these candidates as we went through each one, and there was a compelling reason that they didn’t move forward with that candidate. A thing to keep in mind when coaching candidates Jesse talked about how they disqualified one candidate because he spent a lot of time talking about Pokémon and hobbies, and just was put off by the vibe of the interview and just did not feel that this person would fit in a professional environment all that well
