Sr TA Lead – Wisconsin

The Sr Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in developing and executing long-term talent acquisition
strategies that align with business needs. This role is responsible for managing complex recruitment efforts,
utilizing data to drive decisions, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition processes. Will lead the talent
selection process for all positions within the organization. The Sr Talent Acquisition Lead serves as a mentor to
junior staff and collaborates closely with leadership to design and implement proactive talent pipeline and
sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals.

Facilitate full cycle recruiting and hiring of candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions within the
company. This includes sourcing, reviewing, screening and interviewing applicants to match experience
with specific job-related requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse and top-tier talent.
Analyze and interpret ATS data and recruiting analytics to improve sourcing, time-to-fill, and candidate
quality.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and align talent
strategies accordingly.
Support and optimize HRMS systems used in the recruiting process, including implementation and
upgrades.
Enhance employer branding and employee value proposition in partnership with marketing and HR
leadership.
Design, implement, and manage long-term talent pipeline initiatives including community partnerships,
education-based programs, and digital outreach.
Lead employment agency/vendor strategy including negotiation and evaluation of recruiting partners.
Foster and maintain strong external relationships with community organizations, schools, and industry
groups to build long-term sourcing pipelines.
Develop, manage, and report on recruitment budget.
Responsible for meeting company-wide EEO and affirmative action goals and objectives.
Develop and deliver training to all hiring managers on the execution of the recruitment and hiring process.
Lead and participate in special projects on employee engagement, event planning, retention, employee
relations, and policy administration.
