Industrial Electrical Engineer

Our client is looking for an Industrial Electrical Engineer. The person in this position will join one of
the industry leaders in Process Safety and Automation Project Solutions, and will support
projects throughout the country, traveling to client sites to identify project goals and develop
estimates, equipment and installation specifications, and electrical drawings. This person will
also be tasked with developing, evaluating, designing, commissioning, and acceptance
testing of electrical control equipment. This person needs to be very comfortable in the field
working with and supervising construction contractors, installation, cutover strategies, etc.

Qualifications / Experience:

• A Bachelor & #39;s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable technical degree, plus at least 5 years additional relevant experience
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70 National Electric Code (NEC)
• Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, & MS Office software
• Valid driver & #39;s license required
• Must be independent, they will have lots of autonomy and will be in the field, involved in projects and in-directly managing sub-contractors. Must show experience dealing/managing projects and being a leader

Travel 35% – Overnight Travel.
