Maintenance Technician

We are looking to hire an Maintenance Technician for our client, a manufacturing facility on the Eastside of Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have with experience installing, configuring, and repairing various electronics, PLCs, and machinery while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Starting Wage is $28.65/hour and hours are 7 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. Some overtime is expected with this position.

Primary duties: Perform needed repairs, adjustments, lubrication, to equipment to maintain maximum performance.

Secondary duties: Building maintenance. Perform general housekeeping. Dumping daily trash. All reasonable requests of management.

Responsibilities:

• Support line changeovers
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
• Troubleshoot issues on machinery/conveyor equipment
• Work well with other technicians/engineers
• Assist with installation and follow-up of jobs
• Assure and maintain outstanding levels of customer service

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of maintenance experience
• STRONG Electrical aptitude
• Experience wiring and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Experience with line changes or line changeovers
• Consistent Job History
